Catalog, stock, GST bills, customers, purchases, license, and branches — one shop code, one password.

Sell & GST print

Scan barcode, capture IMEI on phones, split Cash / UPI / Card / EMI, print Tax Invoice (GST Billing layout for mobile shops).

Stock that matches the bill

Each branch has its own stock. Super Admin adds locations and assigns staff. Switch location in Admin and POS. Starter = 1, Growth = 3, Pro = unlimited.

Offline on one PC

Primary Owner PC keeps a catalog cache. Extra cashiers stay online. Claim “this PC” from Shop Admin settings.

License you control

Pay & unlock in Admin (Razorpay). Super Admin can still Mark PAID after UPI. Expired shops cannot login.

  1. Sign up in Admin with shop type (start with Mobile). 14-day trial begins.
  2. Add products or Excel import. Set GST rates. Open POS from the header.
  3. Print the first bill then pay online, or ask Super Admin to Mark PAID.

Prepaid license by shop type

Prices below load from Super Admin. Pay for the months you need. Feature plan (Starter / Growth / Pro) sets how many locations and POS logins Super Admin can enable on a shop. GST extra if billed as software services.

Free trial on signup (default 14 days).

Feature plans

One Admin URL and one POS URL for every shop. Tenant code is the shop login. Extra counters are locations on that shop — not separate websites.

Windows

Desktop app for the counter PC

Installer adds a Desktop shortcut. Sign in online once. Then POS keeps billing if internet drops — only on the Primary Owner PC.

Pay, renew, and common questions

Pay inside Admin

Settings → Shop profile → duration → Pay & unlock. Razorpay Checkout, or mock mode on local servers with no keys.

UPI / bank fallback

UPI and bank details are shown after login if Super Admin configured them.

Where do I login as shop owner?

Use Shop Admin. Enter email, password, and your shop tenant code. Local default: http://localhost:4200.

Where do cashiers login?

Use POS at http://localhost:4201 with the same shop account, or open POS from Admin after login.

How does Super Admin get in?

Same Admin URL. Leave the tenant field empty. Local seeded user is platform@ritvaone.local.

Why is Windows download disabled?

The installer is only enabled when the .exe is published on the server (DESKTOP_INSTALLER_PATH). Until then, use Admin and POS in the browser.

Do prices include GST?

Listed INR amounts are license fees. GST extra if billed as software services.
